Speciman provides a fair and transparent process to resolve conflicts between Clients and Freelancers.
Parties are encouraged to resolve issues directly through in-app messaging.
If unresolved, either party can open a dispute. Speciman's team will review evidence (messages, deliverables, milestones) and propose a fair resolution.
If mediation fails, Speciman will issue a binding decision based on platform evidence and policies. This decision is final.
All decisions prioritize fairness, evidence, and platform integrity.
