Direct Negotiation

Parties are encouraged to resolve issues directly through in-app messaging.

Platform Mediation

Next 72 hours

If unresolved, either party can open a dispute. Speciman's team will review evidence (messages, deliverables, milestones) and propose a fair resolution.

Final Decision

Binding

If mediation fails, Speciman will issue a binding decision based on platform evidence and policies. This decision is final.

Full release to freelancer
Partial refund to client
Mutual cancellation with split funds
