Signals that may matter
Relevance can consider skills, category, availability, location or timezone fit, verified work history, response behavior, budget alignment, and user preferences.
Paid promotion is labeled and can improve visibility only within defined limits. It does not change reviews, earned scores, eligibility, dispute decisions, or the truth of a profile.
New users should receive meaningful opportunities to be discovered. If a recommendation seems wrong, users can improve their profile or report an issue to [email protected].
